Adam's feature film work includes 'Extinction', released globally in 2015, and 'Survivors', which followed the same year. 'Survivors' was released to critical acclaim, winning the 'Best Director' award at the MAC Horror Festival in 2015 and playing at over 10 international film festivals over 18 months. 'Extinction' is distributed by High Fliers in the UK, where it spent 6 weeks in the Top 10 and enjoyed commercial success around the world.
In addition, Adam's short film project 'The Song Plays On' screened at 13 international fim festivals, where it garnered multiple award nominations and won in Los Angeles at the Awareness Festival. In 2016, Adam directed a television pilot 'Real Magic', a Sci-Fi mini-series 'The Desert' and short film 'Spaceman', which is enjoying a strong run at international film festivals.
Current projects include his third feature film 'Into The Grey' alongside the short films 'Nucleus' and 'Beyond Tomorrow', currently both in production. Adam is a founder of Initiative Motion Pictures.
As well as being a Director of film and television, Adam has also worked with hundreds of young people delivering workshops, seminars and lectures across all disciplines of production, including Directing, Camera Operating, Production, Editing, Colour Grading as well as Screenwriting and storyboarding.
Over the summer of 2015, 2016 and 2017, Adam worked extensively with DreamCatcher Media on their summer film school delivering classes on all aspects of filmmaking and film theory to different age groups and skill sets. Adam served as Vice Principal and Teacher of Film and TV with PQA Academy in Guildford for 2 years, where he taught all aspects of film and television production to children aged from 6-18 every Saturday alongside a talented team of entertainment industry professionals. In 2016, PQA Guildford won a national award for their achievements in filmmaking.
Adam has also delivered workshops at Royal Holloway University of London and talks at The London Screenwriters Festival.
